About Nick
Nick has been a physiotherapist for more than 10 years and has worked across various settings, including private practice, elite and high-performance sport and the public health system. He is a passionate physio and sport lover, who finds a lot of joy in working with athletes and clients to help them both manage and prevent injuries, to train and compete at their best and to realise their goals.
Nick commits to understanding his client and their individual situation in order to create an individualised treatment approach that best suits them, their needs and goals.
He is especially passionate about working with runners, cyclists and athletes with knee and foot/ankle issues. Nick uses a combination of exercise prescription, biomechanical improvements and hands on treatment including modalities such as running technique retraining and bike fitting to achieve this.
