Running

From beginners and recreational runners through to sub-elite and elite competitors, we work with all levels of runners. While there is no “perfect” running technique, we work with runners to optimise their own mechanics to improve efficiency and performance while minimising injury risk.

Load management strategies are imperative in running to both improve performance and reduce injury risk. We also work with runners to improve their foot and ankle function, as this is a key component of running and one that is often neglected.

Clinically, we use a combination of load management, hands on treatment, exercise prescription and running technique retraining.
